“No Hassles” 30 Day Return Policy
I guarantee a ‘no hassles’ return and refund or exchange policy. I understand that buying imagery online, due to variances in computer monitors (due to their need for regular calibration) and just visually seeing the image on a screen doesn’t translate the artworks full character. Hence you can return or exchange the print or canvas image within 30 days.
Unfortunately, damaged items, with the exception of postage damage (from delivery from me), framing damage or manufacturing faults, shall not be accepted. Please read Fine Art Print/Canvas Info on the main menu for the proper handling of prints and canvas imagery. Freight costs incurred for any returned items for exchange or refund, shall be the financial responsibility of the purchaser.
If damaged whilst being framed, Whilst this is very rare, I offer a free replacement of your print or canvas image if damaged by the framer whilst being framed. The damaged artwork must be returned, by the framer, to me at P.O. Box 100 Jindabyne NSW 2627 Australia.

Postage and Delivery Time
Within Australia, Allow 5 working days for your purchase to arrive, purchases are sent by Express Post through Australia Post. Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens I’ll take responsibility for it.
International Postage – if you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. You will pay a flat rate of $15 and allow a 10 working days for delivery. It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country.
